NaxyStudios LLC may provide services including, but not limited to:

• 3D renders

• Website design
• UI/UX design
• Digital products
• AI-assisted creative visuals
• Custom animations
• Creative consulting
• Monthly design support
• Client-specific project work

All services are subject to availability, project scope, timeline, and payment terms.

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NaxyStudios LLC may require full payment, a deposit, or scheduled payments depending on the project.

Accepted payment methods may include online checkout, invoice payment, card payment, or other approved payment methods.

Prices may change at any time unless a quote has already been accepted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit reserves project time, covers planning, and allows NaxyStudios LLC to begin work. If a client cancels after paying a deposit, the deposit will not be returned.

Refunds and returns are handled under the NaxyStudios LLC Refund & Return Policy.

Custom design work, digital products, delivered files, rush fees, deposits, and completed services are generally non-refundable.

Physical items may only be eligible for replacement or return if damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Each project includes only the work listed in the approved quote, invoice, package, message, or agreement.

Any extra work, new direction, additional revisions, new files, or expanded deliverables may require additional payment.

A revision means improving or adjusting the approved direction. A revision does not mean creating a completely new project unless agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, files, references, approvals, feedback, and payment on time.

NaxyStudios LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing files, late feedback, unclear instructions, missed approvals, or unpaid balances.

Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is agreed in writing.

Rush projects may be available for an additional rush fee.

NaxyStudios LLC is not responsible for delays caused by client delays, third-party platforms, technical problems, payment issues, or events outside our control.

Once a client approves a final design, file, product, or project, the work is considered complete.

Any changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee.

Ownership of final files depends on the project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NaxyStudios LLC keeps ownership of working files, drafts, unused concepts, source files, project files, templates, systems, processes, and original creative methods.

Clients receive the right to use the final approved deliverables after full payment is completed.

Source files, editable files, raw project files, layered files, or working files are not included unless specifically listed in the project agreement or invoice.

NaxyStudios LLC may withhold files, final deliverables, project access, or usage rights until the balance is paid in full.

Clients may not use unpaid designs, concepts, drafts, mockups, previews, or watermarked work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NaxyStudios LLC may display completed work, previews, mockups, videos, designs, and project results in its portfolio, social media, website, advertising, and promotional materials.

If a project is private, under NDA, or not allowed to be shown publicly, this must be agreed in writing before the project begins.

NaxyStudios LLC may use AI-assisted tools, design software, 3D software, editing tools, animation tools, and other creative technology as part of the creative process.

AI-assisted work is used as a creative tool and does not remove the planning, design direction, editing, customization, or creative labor provided by NaxyStudios LLC.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final work before public use.

Clients must have the legal right to use any logos, images, references, music, videos, fonts, trademarks, names, artwork, or files they provide to NaxyStudios LLC.

NaxyStudios LLC is not responsible for legal issues caused by client-provided materials.

The client agrees not to submit stolen, copyrighted, trademarked, illegal, or unauthorized materials unless they have permission to use them.

Some projects may require third-party assets such as fonts, mockups, stock images, plugins, software, hosting, domains, templates, or paid resources.

Unless otherwise stated, third-party costs are not included in the project price and may require separate payment.

Clients are responsible for ongoing third-party costs such as hosting, domain names, platform subscriptions, apps, plugins, licensing, or renewal fees.

For website or app-related work, NaxyStudios LLC may provide design, development, setup, updates, or creative direction.

NaxyStudios LLC is not responsible for outages, bugs, lost data, hosting issues, domain issues, platform changes, payment processor issues, or third-party service failures unless caused directly by NaxyStudios LLC.

Clients are responsible for maintaining login access, hosting payments, domain renewals, and platform subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.

Apparel, printed goods, and physical products may vary slightly in color, placement, sizing, texture, or print appearance due to production methods, screen differences, garment type, or supplier differences.

Custom apparel and made-to-order products are generally non-refundable unless damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Certain creative services may be available only for adults age 18 or older.

NaxyStudios LLC reserves the right to refuse adult-themed, illegal, exploitative, abusive, hateful, or unsafe content.

NaxyStudios LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Abusive behavior
• Harassment

Clients should contact NaxyStudios LLC before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is opened after work has started, files have been delivered, or services have been provided, NaxyStudios LLC reserves the right to submit proof of work, communication, invoices, approvals, and delivered files to the payment processor.

NaxyStudios LLC does not guarantee specific business results, sales, followers, views, engagement, revenue, audience growth, or campaign performance.

Creative work can improve presentation and branding, but results depend on many factors outside of NaxyStudios LLC's control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NaxyStudios LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

This includes lost profits, lost business, lost data, missed deadlines, platform issues, third-party failures, or damages caused by misuse of delivered work.

The maximum liability of NaxyStudios LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service involved in the claim.

All content on the NaxyStudios LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, videos, layouts, branding, and creative materials, belongs to NaxyStudios LLC or its respective owners.

Website content may not be copied, stolen, resold, modified, or used without written permission.

Use of this website may involve collecting information such as names, emails, order details, project details, and payment-related information.

Payment information is handled through approved third-party payment processors and should not be stored directly by NaxyStudios LLC.
