Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing NaxyStudios LLC. We create custom design work, apparel, motion graphics, digital assets, branding, websites, and creative services. Because much of our work is custom-made, client-specific, or digitally delivered, our refund and return policy is based on the type of product or service purchased.
1. Custom Design Services
All custom design services are created specifically for each client. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Logos
- Branding packages
- Social media graphics
- Flyers
- Motion graphics
- 3D renders
- Apparel designs
- Website designs
- UI/UX designs
- Digital assets
- Custom animations
- Project files
- Client-specific creative work
Once a project has started, payments are generally non-refundable. This is because time, planning, concept work, design labor, research, and creative direction begin immediately after payment or deposit.
2. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit reserves project time, covers planning, and allows work to begin. If a client cancels after paying a deposit, the deposit will not be returned.
If a client paid in full and cancels before work has started, NaxyStudios may review the request and decide whether a partial refund is available.
3. Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, NaxyStudios may keep payment for any work already completed, time spent, planning, concepts created, files prepared, meetings, revisions, and other project-related labor.
Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.
4. Revisions
Revisions are included only when stated in the project agreement, invoice, package, or written conversation.
A revision means adjusting the approved direction. A revision does not mean starting over with a completely new concept unless otherwise agreed.
Additional revisions, major changes, or new creative directions may require additional payment.
5. Digital Products and Files
Digital products and delivered files are non-refundable once sent, downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
This includes:
- PNG files
- JPG files
- SVG files
- PSD files
- AI files
- PDF files
- Video files
- Motion graphics
- 3D renders
- Templates
- Mockups
- Digital downloads
- Source files
- Project files
Due to the nature of digital goods, NaxyStudios cannot accept returns or offer refunds after delivery.
6. Apparel and Physical Products
Apparel and physical products may only be returned or replaced if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The wrong size was sent by mistake
- The print or product has a production defect
Custom apparel, made-to-order items, limited drops, and personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed production error.
Customers must contact NaxyStudios within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made apparel
- Personalized items
- Final approved designs
- Digital downloads
- Delivered design files
- Completed motion graphics
- Completed branding work
- Completed website work
- Rush fees
- Deposits
- Gifted or discounted services
- Sale items
- Client-approved final work
8. Damaged or Incorrect Physical Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact NaxyStudios within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number, if available
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
If the issue is approved, NaxyStudios may offer a replacement, store credit, or another fair solution.
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed NaxyStudios or production error.
Clients are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved in writing.
10. Rush Fees
Rush fees are non-refundable.
Rush fees cover priority scheduling, faster turnaround, and adjusted production time.
11. Client Delays
If a client delays a project by not providing needed information, files, feedback, approvals, or payment, NaxyStudios is not responsible for missed deadlines.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by missing client information or late client responses.
12. Final Approval
Once a client approves a final design, file, product, or project, the work is considered complete.
Any changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact NaxyStudios directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is opened after work has started, files have been delivered, or services have been provided, NaxyStudios reserves the right to submit proof of work, communication, invoices, approvals, and delivered files to the payment processor.
14. Store Credit
In some cases, NaxyStudios may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit may be used toward future design services, apparel, digital products, or approved creative work.
Store credit has no cash value unless otherwise stated.
